Selected work
Each one started with a problem I understood closely enough to keep working on after the first version shipped.
Training plan execution
A training-plan execution platform that turns plans from coaches, spreadsheets, or AI into structured workouts athletes can actually use.

Ways to work together
Endurance operators are the clearest fit. I also work with selected founders and owner-led businesses when the problem is concrete and the software matters.
For an operator or founder with a strong problem, real users, and the conviction to build the right thing—not just more features.
For an owner-led business losing time to spreadsheets, duplicated work, disconnected tools, or AI experiments with no operational value.

Racing since 2014
My story
I have raced at the elite and professional level since 2014. The sport is not a market I selected from a trend report; it is where I spend my time, notice the broken handoffs, and meet the people living with them.
I studied Electrical Engineering at UT Austin and have worked across full-stack and systems software at ProtoLink since 2021, including software for medical-device and industrial applications.
My own cycling tools became public data products, then paid software with real users. EBaus Cycling LLC is the umbrella for that work and for the select client projects where the same product discipline is useful.
Lab
The Lab is where I solve something specific, explore a new system, get creative, or build the tool I wish already existed.

A self-hosted email client for managing inboxes across several Resend-powered product domains from one focused dashboard.

A Chrome extension and local AI backend that drafts X posts and replies in my voice, queues them, and publishes through X's native interface, either manually, autonomously, or through MCP.

A full-stack Strava experiment that scores more than 30 profile and activity signals across cycling, running, and epic efforts, then turns them into charts, achievements, and a shareable aura.

A white-label, JSON-configured commerce system with a Next.js storefront, FastAPI and PostgreSQL backend, cart and checkout, admin operations, and a client onboarding wizard.

A focused full-stack product for Texas contractor disputes: guided case intake, DTPA demand-letter generation and revision with Claude, saved cases, payments, and document export.
Visit LegalDocHow I work
I work directly with the people using and owning the software. The process is straightforward on purpose.
Learn the operation, users, constraints, and cost of the current problem.
Choose the smallest useful system and make the tradeoffs explicit.
Work in visible checkpoints so the product stays connected to reality.
Put it in use, learn from it, then continue or hand it off cleanly.
I accept a limited number of engagements so I can stay involved in the details and keep building my own products.
